Pons is an historic town located about a 30 minute drive from Le Gîte du Petit Chenac . There are a couple of cafés in the Place de la Republique but remember lunch is served between 1200 and 1400.After 1300 you might be told they are too busy or it is too late so aim to eat at 1215.
