How to Hire (3 Simple Steps)

Download the TBM App: Forget the old V3 apps. Download the TBM app (Transports Bordeaux Métropole). Create a quick profile and link your credit card.

Scan & Unlock: Open the app's map to find a station. Walk up to any black bike and scan the QR code on the handlebars. The dock will beep and release the bike.

Ride & Return: Enjoy your ride! To finish, push the bike into any empty slot at any "Le Vélo" station. Wait for the green light and the "double-beep" to confirm it is locked.

The Deposit
A €140 security deposit is authorized on your card. It is not charged unless the bike is stolen or damaged, but it may show as "pending" on your bank statement.
